I began my career as a journalist and believe deeply in helping people understand their own stories, navigate the plot twists that come their way and envision what future chapters may look like. 

My coaching style is optimistic and action-oriented, and my perspective is grounded in experience working across industries (tech, media, life sciences, non-profit), functions (corporate strategy, chief of staff, consulting, marketing), modalities (hardware, software, B2B, B2C) and levels of leadership. 

I bring 10 years of experience at Google, where I held roles in corporate strategy, product marketing, and as a chief of staff. Earlier, I worked as a journalist for National Geographic magazine, delivering information graphics and data visualizations about topics like ant behavior, bat diseases, sea turtle anatomy, macroeconomic dynamics, and dinosaurs. 

I reside in New Jersey with my husband and three small children. In my free time, I enjoy connecting others, improv and stand-up comedy, and hiking. I hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism & mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
